Landscape-oriented close-up photograph of a vivid red blood lily flower head against a softly blurred garden background. The main bloom occupies most of the left and central portions of the frame and forms a roughly spherical cluster composed of numerous small, star-like red flowers. Long, slender red to coral filaments radiate outward in many directions, creating a dense, firework-like appearance. Many filaments terminate in tiny orange-yellow anthers that appear as small dots around the outer surface of the flower head. The central and lower areas of the bloom contain overlapping red and pale pink floral structures, with some green visible deeper within the cluster. A thick, smooth green stem rises vertically from near the bottom center of the image and supports the flower head. Broad, glossy green leaves occupy much of the lower-right foreground, including one large leaf with visible folds, highlights, and gently curved edges. Additional partially visible green leaves appear along the lower-left edge and behind the stem. The background is strongly out of focus, producing shallow depth of field and isolating the sharply detailed flower. It consists primarily of dark green foliage with areas of nearly black shadow, muted brown ground or organic material, and scattered lighter green highlights. The lighting appears natural and emphasizes the saturated scarlet-red flower against the darker green surroundings.
